As Judge of County Court at Law No. 5, Jason Pulliam also heard civil cases with a jurisdictional maximum of $200,000 such as negligence cases, including, automobile accidence cases, premises liability cases, and negligent activity cases.  In addition, Judge Pulliam handles breach of contract cases, Deceptive Trade Practices Act cases, fraud cases, construction defect cases, and Landlord-Tenant Appeals from the Justice of the Peace Courts.
Presided over more than 70 trials.
Resolved more than 3,000 cases in fiscal year 2013.  That was second most among all county court judges.
In fiscal year 2013, Jason Pulliam reduced his caseload by more than 450 cases.  That was first among all county court judges.
In addition, Judge Pulliam served as Administrative Judge for the County Courts in 2013.
He was one of three County Court Judges who received cases from the Civil District Presiding Court.  He heard family law cases and larger civil disputes to assist Bexar County’s Civil District Court judges.
